The monitor
"The Monitor" is a civil-public enterprise of the Center for Citizen Empowerment, which monitors and monitors the implementation of public decisions. The monitor is designed to produce a broad, empirical and integrative knowledge infrastructure about policy implementation procedures in the public sector. The purpose of the monitor is to help improve policy implementation processes through surveillance and civil control, and to provide an effective tool for improving performance, both for decision makers and for the executive levels. The monitor also serves as a platform to increase public, media and political engagement in the implementation aspects of public decisions, and to strengthen the capacities and civic involvement of organizations, groups and individuals in Israeli society.
