An expert in risk management, corporate governance, and auditing. In addition to the significant tenure Marzel held as the General Director of the State Comptroller’s Office and the Ombudsman, he has filled various management and auditing roles in the public and private sectors. In his public capacity, he served as the Chairman of the Association of Vinschi-Wingate Colleges, a director on the audit committee of the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN), chaired the audit group of the European Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (EUROSAI), and more.
Eli holds a second degree in Public Administration from the University of Haifa and another Master’s degree in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University.
